Through 3 prenatal appointments, the duration of your labor and birth, and 1 postpartum visit, you'll build a close relationship with your doula and receive dedicated, continuous, personal care.

Through one session, either in your home or virtually, we cover how to know you are in labor, the stages, how to keep labor progressing, the first few hours postpartum, basics of postpartum care, and basics of infant care.

Over the course of three prenatal visits, I’ll guide you through uncovering your ingrained ideas about birth and defining your goals for your own.

When it's time to return from the hospital, I’ll meet you at your home and tidy up any remnants of a hasty departure, bring a home-cooked meal for your freezer, help get everyone fed, showered, and tucked in, help unpack hospital bags, and run any last minute errands.
